What is Support Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a shared living experience for people with disability who have SIL funding in their NDIS plan. Supports are often 24/7, nurturing personal growth in a safe and supportive environment with the goal to build your independence at home and connect you with your local community.

Registered Nurses specialising in delivering High-Intensity care within our accommodation home. Over 30 years of nursing experience in management, teaching and education with frontline clinical fields of aged care, disability, stroke, neurology, rehabilitation, surgical, mental health, challenging behaviours and chronic health. Our aim is delivering the highest standard and safest care with our professional knowledge and skills.

Growth Living operates within NSW under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our SIL accommodation services include:
- Providing assistance in activities of daily living like mobility, showering, dressing, toileting and eating.
- Providing support in a wide range of tasks like shopping, preparation of meals, cleaning and washing.
- Active overnight shifts with 24/7 on-call Registered Nurse
- Safe delivery and management of people with higher support needs like medication, enteral tube, bowel care, wounds and behaviours.
